Foundations

Have you never done Muay Thai ? This is the class for you. This 1 hour class focuses on building cardio, basic striking, pad holding, and partner drills. This is essential for anyone new to the sport and the perfect class to come to for you first time.

Intermediate Muay Thai

Moving Forward

A class for those who are beyond the fundamentals and are looking to build their skill. While there is still a focus on foundations, this class offers a wider variety of combinations, more advanced technique, and time for application of skill.

Women’s Cardio & circuit

Women-Focused

A class for females interested in a solid workout that involves weight training, heavy bag work, basic striking technique, and more. Great for both beginners and those with past experience. All packed into a 45 minute class.

Dutch Drills

Putting it all together.

Partner-based application of the fundamentals. A class to bring it all together and apply in real time. A structured sparring of sorts.
